British Airways (BA)

This project involved training up the core BA marketing teams from UK, Europe and Dubai on emarketing skills. This involved the creation of campaign simulations with key marketing partners, competing teams and in depth training on ecommerce and key success factors. Kathryn Bullock worked closely with agency itraffic to design and deliver the training modules and simulations.

BA is just one of the travel businesses which has benefited from our innovative marketing training.
