Face Marketing was commissioned to develop and roll out an integrated Social Media Strategy for the business and train up the marketing team on how to optimise and integrate the social media channels.

This involved a series of training workshops to identify the core customer segments served and develop a series of strategies as to how best to serve their needs with measurement in place via a shared dashboard.

The social channels developed quickly after the roll out and adoption of the strategy. New content was developed to serve the information needs of each target customer type. The company was later acquired by Wyndham Vacation Rentals in 2016.  In 2019 the company has over 31,000 Facebook fans.
