This was to deliver a new responsive site for the global community of ultra runners. This was a new business and website.

Our Approach

Face Marketing project managed the development of the site from concept to completion, set up successful Blogger and Instagram programmes which engaged thousands of influencers in ultra running and ran all the online communications and campaigns for 5 years from January 2014 to April 2019. It also set up an annual runner research survey and a partner programme to attract paying sponsors from the sports kit market.

Results

This online sports community grew to an audience of over 750,000 web visitors from zero. The online runner research demonstrated the extremely positive feedback from members with a 98% net promoter score, showing the high advocacy ratings from web site visitors.
