We follow best practice in research
Face Marketing abides by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct which aims to protect the interests of survey respondents and their confidentiality.
In line with normal market research practice, a list of those interviewed for any market research conducted on behalf of our clients would be published but the name of the individual respondent would not be revealed.
Brand monitoring and listening
We have a range of tools we use to measure the brand sentiment as to whether it’s positive, negative or neutral and conversations happening about your brand on third party sites.
Brand monitoring can really assist a brand to understand where they need to take measures to improve their brand reputation. It can help to avert any public relations disaster by responding to negative feedback and engaging with customers on third party review channels such as Trip Advisor and other review sites.
The listening phase
This is often one of the most important phases of our work with clients as they discover
the level of online conversation happening about their brand.
We offer affordable solutions for brand tracking on the internet and managing responses to your social media content, supported by a dashboard that can help to track the most important metrics to show the success of your marketing activity. We not only share the results but shape plans which can help to improve current brand perceptions.
Lead generation opportunities
We often find that brand monitoring and tracking responses and activity on social and email channels can deliver lead generation opportunities. We can then match these opportunities with customer service and outbound sales activities to deliver positive ROI and improve look to book conversion ratios.
